The aim of the Living Our Lives In Safety Project is to raise the awareness for people with learning disabilities and professionals about Hate Crime and how to report it.

People with learning disabilities will guide the project and learn how to become trainers.  They will train people with learning disabilities and professionals.

Many people with learning disabilities are affected by hate crime.  It is important that people with learning disabilities know more about these issues.

Get in touch with Frances Affleck or Jude Woods if you would like to get involved in the project. We are inviting people with a learning disability to join the Training For Trainers group.

We would also like to invite disabled and non-disabled people to join the Living Our Lives in Safety Project Steering Group.
